Wedding Planner Services:

Pre-Wedding Day Planning

  • Once vendors are selected, in person or zoom meeting to review wedding details to ensure all needed vendors are in place to capture couple’s vision.
  • Unlimited email communication
  • A wedding planning checklist will be provided to the couple to assist with organizing vendors and planning
  • Coordination of up to one-hour ceremony rehearsal will be provided to ensure a smooth flow of the ceremony.
  • A schedule of events will be meticulously prepared and distributed to all vendors and the couple to ensure understanding of locations and access times.
  • Wedding planner will assist in the planning of:
  • Venue layout, flow, and logistics
  • Designing the overall theme/look of the wedding (including linens, lighting, and decor)
  • In addition to described vendor selection, we will provide couple with the following recommendation’s:
  • Hair and Makeup
  • Hotel Accommodations
  • City Tours

Day of Coordination

  • A professional wedding planner and coordinator will be engaged to support the couple on the wedding day. They will oversee logistics, coordinate the setup of the ceremony and reception areas, and ensure that all vendors are accounted for and decorations are arranged as per the couple’s specifications.
  • Two hours will be allocated for in person pre-ceremony and reception coordination, involving liaising with vendors and providing assistance with any necessary setup.
  • Four hours hours will be dedicated to ceremony and reception coordination to guarantee that the schedule progresses smoothly as planned.
  • Upon conclusion of the evening, personal belongings of the couple will be packed up and handed over to the designated individual and coordinator will ensure al vendors are removing items as per the agreed upon time of the venue.

Photography Services:

  • Coverage Duration: 6 hours of professional photography
  • Consultation: Meeting with the couple to discuss photography preferences
  • Photographers: Includes 2 photographers
  • Image Delivery: All professionally edited high-resolution digital images delivered via an online gallery with unlimited downloads and print release
  • Gallery Access: 60-day private online gallery for image sharing
  • Social Media: Initial posting of selected images on social media within 10 days post-wedding

Floral & Decor Services:

  • Consultation with a professional florist to discuss your vision, color palette, and seasonal flower availability
  • Bridal bouquet and Groom’s boutonniere that compliments your style and favorite seasonal blooms
  • Bridesmaids Bouquets and Groomsmen Boutonnieres:
  • Up to seven petite bouquets styled similarly to the bridal bouquet or in a simpler version. Ensure the boutonnieres match the overall theme.
  • Ceremony Space Floral Decor:
  • Enhance your ceremony space with the selection of a square or broken archway, or two altar arrangements designed with flowers that compliment your color scheme and design.
  • Table Centerpieces:
  • 10 small floral enhancements customized to suit each table’s theme.
  • Decide between taper, pillar, or floating candles, and votives.
  • Choose between silver, gold, or clear decor to accent your tables.

Officiant Services:

  • Consultation: Couple will have a 30-minute consultation where the officiant will help you craft a personalized wedding ceremony. Couple will have access to officiant through unlimited email correspondence.
  • Personalized Wedding Ceremony: Our officiant will create a ceremony tailored to you as a couple with options such as personalized vows or keeping to the simple traditions of a wedding ceremony.
  • Final Details Call: A 15-minute call the week of the ceremony will allow you to review all details, ensuring everyone is on the same page and addressing any last-minute questions or changes.
  • Logistics: Your officiant will arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure paperwork is in hand and everything is in order. Upon completion your ceremony The officiant will assist with processing the marriage license, including any necessary waivers.

Second Line Services:

  • Mandatory Parade Permit: We will handle and apply for your permit in advance and ensure all necessary documentation is taken care of.
  • Police Escorts: Three required police escorts are included to ensure the safety of your parade, manage traffic, and create an exciting, festive atmosphere. We will confirm the route and logistics with your police liaison.
  • New Orleans Brass Band: The traditional 6-piece brass band will bring a vibrant, celebratory spirit to your event. The fully costumed Grand Marshall will enhance the authenticity and create a lively atmosphere as they lead the band.
  • On-Site Coordinators: Two mandatory on-site coordinators will help manage the flow of the parade, ensuring everything runs smoothly and coordinating with the band, escorts, and guests.
  • Custom Printed Handkerchiefs: We will provide this fun memento for guests. We will work with you on personalizing them with your names, wedding date, or a special message.
  • Decorated Parasols: Two decorated parasols will be provided adding a beautiful visual element and is a fun traditional aspect of a second line.

Violinist Services:

  • Consultation: You will be provided a list of most commonly selected music by our professional violinist. Other music selections will be available and can be selected throughout the planning process. Music selections will include:
  • The violinist will play for 30 minutes before the ceremony begins or you can opt for 15 minutes of music before the ceremony starts to welcome guests and another 15 minutes during the post-ceremony celebration.
  • Song Selection: You can typically choose a selection of 10 songs and decide between an electric violin which has a more modern sound or an acoustic one which often has a warm, traditional feel.

Cake Services:

  • 3-tier wedding cake
  • Work with our professional cake artist to design the wedding cake of your dreams, along with choosing your favorite flavor. Cake may be substituted for an alternate dessert selection.

Entertainment Services:

  • Live DJ for 3 hours to keep the party going with music that caters to all your guests.
  • Your preferred genres, must-play songs, and special announcements will be determined prior to the wedding day with our professional DJ.
