Wedding Day Vision + Vendor Selection:

  • One in-person or virtual meeting to review the couples style and vision for the wedding day complimented with unlimited email and phone communication.
  • Recommendations and accompaniment in selection of ceremony and reception locations.
  • Once vendor needs are identified, we provide detailed assistance with research, comparison, and selection of the following:
  • Catering: Food and Beverage
  • Reception Venue Layout: Event tables, chairs, decor, and dance floor
  • Decor and floral for bridal, ceremony, and reception
  • Photography and videography selection
  • Cake(s) and dessert display
  • Entertainment for ceremony and reception
  • Transportation

Pre-Wedding Day Planning:

  • One in person or virtual meeting to review wedding details to ensure all needed vendors are in place to capture the couple’s vision.
  • Unlimited email communication
  • Access to wedding planning checklist will be provided to the couple to assist with planning, budgeting and organizing vendors leading up to turnover.
  • All vendors will be finalized four weeks before the wedding day for both the ceremony and reception to ensure seamless transition to wedding coordinator.
  • Coordination of up to one-hour ceremony rehearsal to ensure a smooth flow of the ceremony.
  • Wedding planner will assist in the planning of:
  • Ceremony and Reception venue layout, flow, and logistics
  • Designing the overall theme/look of the wedding (including linens, lighting, and decor)
  • In addition to vendor selection, we will provide the couple with the following recommendations:
  • Hair and Makeup

Day of Wedding Assistance:

  • A schedule of events will be meticulously prepared and distributed to all vendors and the couple to ensure understanding of locations and access times.
  • A professional wedding planner and coordinator will be engaged to support the couple on the wedding day. They will oversee logistics, coordinate the setup of the ceremony and reception areas, ensure that all vendors are accounted for and decorations are arranged as per the couple’s specifications.
  • Four hours will be allocated for in person pre-ceremony and reception coordination, involving liaising with vendors and providing assistance with any necessary setup.
  • Five hours hours will be dedicated to ceremony and reception coordination to guarantee that the schedule progresses smoothly as planned.
  • Upon conclusion of the evening, personal belongings of the couple will be packed up and handed over to the designated individual, and coordinator will ensure all vendors are removing items as per the agreed upon time of the venue.
