Once your vendors are selected, we’ll schedule an in-person or virtual meeting to review every detail and confirm that all needed elements are in place to capture your wedding vision.

Throughout the Planning Process You Will Receive:

Day of Coordination

  • Coordination of a one-hour wedding ceremony rehearsal to ensure smooth ceremony execution
  • 2 hours of pre-ceremony coordination to oversee vendor arrival and setup
  • 4.5 hours of ceremony and reception coordination to maintain a seamless timeline
  • Packing and transfer of personal belongings to designated individuals or local location
  • Final walkthrough to confirm vendor cleanup and proper removal of all items

Photography Services:

  • 6 hours of professional photography
  • Pre-event consultation to understand your photo vision and must-have moments
  • Two professional photographers for enhanced coverage
  • All professionally edited, high-resolution digital images delivered via an online gallery
  • 60-day private gallery access with unlimited downloads and print release
  • Preview of select images posted to social media within 10 days

    custom envelope liner with artwork that speaks to you. Combining fine art that celebrates your

Tailored Officiant Services:

  • 30-minute pre-wedding in-person/Zoom consultation to design your personalized ceremony
  • Unlimited email communication for ongoing guidance
  • Tailored ceremony options: custom vows or traditional language
  • Final 15-minute call during the wedding week to finalize ceremony details
  • Arrival 30 minutes prior to ceremony and assistance with marriage license filing and waivers if
    needed

Violinist Services for Ceremony:

  • Work with our professional violinist to choose your music selections for your ceremony, up to 10
    songs to be selected
  • Consultation includes a curated list of commonly selected pieces with additional options
    available throughout the planning process
  • 30 minutes of live violin music before the ceremony or a split of 15 minutes pre-ceremony and
    15 minutes post-ceremony
  • Choice between electric or acoustic violin to suit your musical style

Entertainment Services:

  • Professional DJ for 3 hours of entertainment
  • Pre-wedding consultation to determine music preferences, must-play songs, and special
    announcements
  • Customized playlist to keep your guests engaged and dancing throughout the evening

New Orleans Second Line Experience Add-On

Make your celebration uniquely New Orleans with a festive Second Line Parade—perfect for announcing your love to the city!

Second Line Parade Includes:

  • Mandatory City of New Orleans parade permit (30-day notice required)
  • Four police escorts for one-way streets, or six escorts for two-way streets
  • Traditional six-piece New Orleans brass band
    Two on-site Second Line coordinators (front and back of the parade) for select packages
  • Use of two decorated parasols (one black, one white or two of the same color)
  • Custom-printed handkerchiefs for guests (included in premium packages)
  • Option to add a fully costumed Grand Marshal to lead the band (included in premium
    package)
