Day and Month of Coordination Packages

Pre-Wedding Day Assistance:

One in person or zoom meeting to review wedding details, communication vision for the day.
Unlimited email communication upon completing the agreement for coordination.
Vendor recommendations will be provided as requested by the couple.
A wedding planning checklist will be provided to the couple to assist with organizing vendors and planning leading up to turnover.
Vendor turnover scheduled two weeks before the wedding day for both the ceremony and reception to ensure seamless transition from couple to wedding coordinator.
Coordination of up to one-hour ceremony rehearsal to ensure a smooth flow of the ceremony.

Wedding Day Assistance:

A schedule of events will be meticulously prepared and distributed to all vendors and the couple to ensure understanding of locations and access times.
A professional wedding planner will be engaged to support the couple on the wedding day. They will oversee logistics, coordinate the setup of the ceremony and reception areas, and ensure that all vendors are accounted for and decorations are arranged as per the couple’s specifications.
Two hours will be allocated for pre-ceremony and reception coordination, involving liaising with vendors and providing assistance with any necessary setup.
Four and a half hours will be dedicated to ceremony and reception coordination to guarantee that the schedule progresses smoothly as planned.
Upon conclusion of the evening, personal belongings of the couple will be packed up and handed over to the designated individual and coordinator will ensure al vendors are removing items as per the agreed upon time of the venue.

Approximately 10 hours

Pre-Wedding Day Assistance:

An in-person or virtual face time meeting scheduled at least 45 days before the wedding day, complemented by unlimited email correspondence.
A preferred list of vendors will be provided to assist with any remaining wedding planning. These are vetted wedding professionals with extensive experience in working in New Orleans.
A wedding planning checklist will be provided to the couple to assist with organizing vendors and planning leading up to turnover.
Vendor turnover to be completed six weeks prior to the wedding day, allowing the wedding coordinator to meticulously review all details for finalization.
Once couple has turned over all vendors, the wedding coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors ensuring a seamless transition from the couple to our wedding team.
