Day of Wedding Coordination

This package is designed for couples who have done all of the preplanning, but want assistance on their wedding day so they can enjoy it stress free.

Pre-Wedding Day Assistance:

  • Unlimited email communication
  • Turnover of all vendors (ceremony & reception) 2 weeks prior to wedding day
  • 1 hour of coordination/flow of ceremony at the rehearsal
  • Schedule of events will be prepared and shared with all vendors to ensure everyone knows locations and access times

Wedding Day Assistance:

  • 2 hours of pre-ceremony/reception coordination: meet vendors and assist in any set up required
  • 3.5 hours of ceremony/reception coordination ensuring the schedule flows as requested and couples’ personal belongings are packed and given to the identified person at the conclusion of the evening

Month of Wedding Coordination

This package is designed for couples who have done most of the pre-planning, but want assistance during the final stretch and on the wedding day.

Pre-Wedding Day Assistance:

  • One in person meeting at least 45 days prior to the wedding day and unlimited email communication
  • One month prior to the wedding day, we facilitate the turnover of all vendors, ensuring meticulous review and finalization of every detail
  • Our dedicated wedding coordinator becomes the primary point of contact for the ceremony/reception, liaising with vendors to guarantee a flawless event
  • We proactively communicate with vendors and the bridal party to ensure everyone is well-informed about their locations and access times, ensuring a stress-free and enjoyable celebration for the bride and family
  • A detailed timeline for the ceremony/reception will be provided
  • 1 hour of coordination/flow of ceremony at the rehearsal

Wedding Day Assistance:

  • 2 hours of pre-ceremony/reception coordination: ensuring all vendors are accounted for, providing hands-on assistance with setup and decor, and offering personalized support to the couple as needed
  • 4 hours of ceremony/reception coordination: ensuring schedule flows as requested, the end of the evening is concluded, and vendors have picked up all remaining items
